Don't you hate being cold?, because I know I don't. I think summer is better than winter, because it's warmer, so you won't get frost bite, and of course there's no school, and that means NO HOMEWORK!, and plus you'll be able to go outside more, and we all know being outside is fun that's why summer is better than winter.

Summer is awesome because it's obviously warmer, and everybody likes being warm. You could maby even get a good a tan. In the winter it's cold, and if you don't have good clothes on, and you stay out long enough you could get frost bite, and you don't want that. In the winter theirs ice around houses, and on roads. 75% of car crashes are in the winter,because it's cold, so that's another reason summer is better than winter.

O.K. this is the good news no school, so you have more time for fun. I mean not much people like school. even some teachers don't like school. We like having peace and quiet on the grass getting a tan. You also have 2 months of summer, so you could do that everyday, if you wanted to, and you come back to school with a great tan. Or you can go on a vacation, with no homework just fun, all 2 months, all fun, no homework. That would be awesome.

Summer is also better, because you could go outside more. Everyone likes the great outdoors! Hopefully. Instead of getting cold, and going inside, you could stay outside as long as you want in the summer. Plus you would be active and losing some weight because the sun helps burn fat. Theirs also stuff that you can do in the summer that you probably couldn't in the winter, like volleyball. Being out side is fun!

So, like I said before, summer is better than winter because, it's warmer, so you get peace and quiet on the grass and get a tan. Summer is better than winter also because theirs no school, so you get a break from homework, and you could go outside more and play stuff you usually can't in the snow like volleyball. A Boy at War

A boy at war by Harry Mazer is about a boy named Adam who was raised in the military. He has just moved to Hawaii, on the island of Oahu near Honolulu. On his first day of school Adam meets a friend named Davi. One day Davi invited Adam to play football with him and his friends and, Adam makes another friend named Martin. One day Adam and his friends decide to break into Pearl Harbor and go fishing. But then all of a sudden Japanese planes start flying over them and start attacking the U.S. Navy. as the planes attack he sees his dad's ship the Arizona sink below the water. Over the next few days, Adam starts looking for answers about his friends, the war, and most importantly his dad. But Adam learns that sometimes there are no answers.

I liked this book because it was interesting and mysterious. It was interesting because, Adam had to find out whether his friends were with him or against him, whether his father was dead or not, and why the Japanese were attacking the Navy. It's actually really confusing, but it is a good book. It's small, interesting, and it is mysterious. that is why i liked this book.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes interesting books or army books. It is a very good book, confusing but very interesting. You would be crazy not to read this book. It's cool how you can make questions in your head and guess what's going to happen next. For example there was a part in the book when Adam, Davi, and Martin went into Pearl Harbor and went fishing, and the Japanese planes flew over and Davi pushed Adam off the boat and you think to yourself, is Davi with him or not. That's what is fun about this book. So read it, you'll love it.

Do you think Sitka should have a ski resort, I do. I think Sitka should have a ski resort because, it would be something fun to do besides sitting at home doing nothing. I also think Sitka should have a ski resort because, there is snow on the mountains all year long. You could also get some good exercise. Those are three reasons I think Sitka should have a ski resort.

If Sitka had a ski resort, than everybody wouldn't be sitting at their house being board on a rainy day. Also if Sitka had a ski resort you wouldn't just ski you could snowboard or even ride a snowmobile. We could also get free skiing and snow boarding lessons. Even in the summer, you could go skiing or snowboarding. Don't you think that's cool.

Nobody wants to pay to go to Juneau and ski. We have so muck snow on the mountains all year long but usually nobody goes on the mountains to ski or snow board. Also it's always raining in Sitka but, when it rains down here it's snowing on the mountains. Usually the snow stays up there on the mountains because it's so cold. It usually doesn't melt. that's pretty cool.

If there was a ski resort in Sitka you could get lots of exercise. You could also get exercise by hiking up the mountain instead of taking the lift. You could also get exercise by snow boarding and skiing because when you go off jumps you try to do tricks like grinding or 360's and other stuff and because of that , your using your body to do tricks, so it gives you exercise, and it's also for your health.

So, remember , Sitka should have a ski resort because it's something fun to do, there's lots of snow on the mountains to go skiing, and you can get lots of exercise. So I'll see you on the slopes.
